Limited Warranty:

The Electrochemical Research Corporation (ECR Corp.) warranted device ArthriFon® to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS* from the date of purchase.

For warranty to be valid, it is critical that the end user complete and return the enclosed warranty card within 90 days of purchase.

Failure to return warranty card may adversely impact warranty processing. .
