Treatment for Wrist Pain and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Wrist is the medium size joint. For mild to moderate wrist pain, you may expect to feel some relief in one to three weeks. In cases of severe chronic wrist pain such as after serious car accident or other injury, pain decreases in one to three weeks.
When you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (pinched nerve in the wrist), your pain may subside in two to three weeks in mild to moderate case or four to six weeks in advanced disease.

For severe pain, we recommend you see your physician to establish correct diagnosis.
We suggest doing ArthriFon® application minimum twice a day in the morning and in the evening to achieve pain relief faster.
To start using your ArthriFon®:
1. Unpack the device and remove the vibraphones from the holding case (please note that the vibraphones must never face each other while in use or while in storage). Keep the vibraphones in their holding case for proper storage.
2. Connect the power supply to the ArthriFon® device and plug into an electrical outlet.
3. For treatment, set the “Mode” switch to Position "2 "and “Power” switch to Position "H" or Position "L" for anyone weighing below 130 lbs.
4. After you applied vibraphones, please, push "Start/Stop" button. It will stop automatically when application is completed in approximately 35 minutes. Treatment is in progress while red light is blinking and sound is heard. If you want for any reason stop treatment earlier, please, push and hold for two seconds the Start/Stop button again.

NOTE:
Use wrist splint (you can find it in the groceries or drug stores).
Please, sit down in comfortable chair and tighten splint around your wrist then place vibraphones as shown on the picture.
Place first vibraphone under splint right at your wrist, second, one needs to be put one inch above first.
Vibraphones must be held firmly against the body, but not be pressed too tightly that they do not allow vibration to be felt. Remember vibraphone’s membrane side must face skin.
REMEMBER:
Do not use more than two vibraphones for your wrist.
Do not allow the vibraphones to face each other; the Vibroacoustic waves will cancel each other out and the treatment will be ineffective.
Do not move your wrist during treatment.
Do not do more then two ArthriFon® treatments in the row.
To hold vibraphones in right position you may use:
You can place pillow over vibraphones to muffle the sound.
You may treat both wrists simultaneously!!!!
You may repeat ArthriFon® treatment if you wish to achieve results faster.
We recommend at least four-hour interval between ArthriFon® treatments.
For maintenance treatment:
We suggest to continue maintenance treatment long-term at least couple of times a week to stay pain-free.
WARNING:
It is normal that during application vibraphones may become warm.
If temperature of vibraphones is too high, you need to place thin fabric between vibraphones and your body or stop application for one and half hour, or until vibraphones will cool down.
You can read or watch TV during your ArthriFon® treatment.
